Paul Robinson Solicitors A modern law firm looking to make a difference

Paul Robinson Solicitors came to us with the task of revamping their identity and website, as well as ambitious plans to develop the brand and its partnerships. The challenge was to create a polished proposition that could be amplified across all marketing activity and help fuel ongoing company growth.

Widely known and well respected, we wanted to create some lineage with the existing Paul Robinson brand but bring it bang up to date, whilst developing some more versatility for the firm’s marketing. The aim was to celebrate the brand’s professional pedigree and introduce some innovation that would appeal to the clients of today and tomorrow. 

The branding was designed to feel refined and elegant, as well as modern and engaging. Sophisticated typography and colour choices retain that signature professionalism of Paul Robinson and their industry-leading service, but we also set ourselves the objective of creating some flexibility within the brand to help it work effectively across a wide range of marketing touch points. This was supplemented with a photoshoot to emphasise the personal approach of the Paul Robinson team and add some humanity to the brand, making it feel more approachable and relatable.

With the new identity and website in place, we worked with the Paul Robinson team to boost the profile of the firm as it consolidated its position in the South-East and opened new offices in London. A digital marketing campaign combining search engine optimisation and Google Ads pushed the brand to the top of Google rankings for a host of service and search terms, increasing traffic and qualified lead generation from targeted demographics and geographic locations.

Maximising brand exposure and traction via the firm’s strategic partnerships was another objective and we set about looking for activation opportunities with one of their most prominent partners, West Ham United. With the Paul Robinson team comprising of nearly 90% female staff, we identified an opportunity to align the brand with the West Ham United Women team. The aim of the She Leads campaign was to bring together two forward-thinking, inclusive brands in recognition and celebration of women in the workplace, inspiring the next generation of young women to become the leaders of tomorrow and to follow their dreams. The campaign has been shining a light on fantastic role models, sharing their stories and celebrating their achievements on the pitch and in the boardroom. A series of videos and events has supported the campaign, which has seen the brand gain significant traction on social media, as well strengthening the association between the two brands and publicising a positive agenda across their respective communities.
