Henry Burgers We designed a website good enough to eat

Henry Burgers has a long-standing reputation for great food, tasty cocktails and good times. But the website was a bit flat and lacked any real brand personality, making it less engaging for users. The functionality was a bit clunky and the general feel was a bit generic. So we were given the job of bringing the site bang up to date and injecting some of that famous Henry Burgers vibe.

Appetising and easily digestible

Just like the food they serve, we needed to make the site appetising and easily digestible, giving users the information they need quickly and easily, as well as engaging them in the Henry Burgers brand.

The site features a WordPress CMS, allowing the team to manage their own content and the retail area is supported by WooCommerce, so users can get their branded merch at the touch of a button.

Developing the brand for online

The solution was to develop the brand and give it a bit more depth for the online audience. The look and feel was enhanced by modern type choices and a bold colour palette, which was complimented by new photography and animated GIFs that brought everything to life. Better social media integration and the addition of a Spotify playlist helped to add a sense of fun and showcase the personality of the HB team.

Food Pxrn

We knew that capturing great images of Henry’s menu was going to play a huge part in getting people salivating – and therefore booking – when they visited the site. We partnered with our friends Joe & Charlotte to get stuck into shooting some of their damn fine menu as well capturing the good vibes and merch on offer.

They actually blew me away with the design of the site, I felt they really encapsulated my brand personality and pushed it on a new level.” — Henry Burgess - Owner
