The Harley Street Dental Group (HSDG) was suffering from inconsistencies in their brand and its use across their promotional material. This led to a lack of creative direction and a dilution of the brand, with mixed messages being communicated to customers and staff. The HSDG team was looking for the brand refresh to reassert the business as a market leader. Our role was to provide some much-needed clarity and direction, which would better serve the business as it continued to expand.
The starting point was to gain a clear understanding of the brand, its customers and staff by conducting interviews and carrying out market research. This enabled the team to gain a true insight in to the issues surrounding the brand and the needs of the customers and staff. The existing group logos and colour palettes were refined to create a solid foundation for the online and offline execution of the brand. Brand guidelines were then developed to ensure that all current and future treatment of the brand would be consistent and appropriate to the chosen media.
As part of an overall brand refresh, HSDG required a new website that would better meet the standards of their growing business and form an integral part of their online marketing. The site required re-structuring and modernising to provide the user with a better experience and showcase the high-end nature of the brand. Working closely with the management team, new information architecture was created for the site and layouts designed that made information more engaging and accessible for the user. The overall look and feel of the site had to be consistent with the refreshed brand and marketing material, ensuring existing and potential patients would enjoy the same level of brand experience. 6rs worked closely with photographer Sam Pelly to create a suite of images that would showcase the expertise and values of the business.
The result is a highly visual and sleek design that is clean and crisp and communicates the high-end look and feel of the brand. The intuitive layout offers the user a host of interactive features and makes information readily available. The layout of the pages is designed to boost conversions and encourage enquiries. The site is bright and modern, offering the user an enjoyable experience and communicating the authority of the brand.
