6rs Customer Service Survey 2017

When it comes to reviewing our progress as an agency, there’s only one set of people whose opinion really counts, our clients.

Every year we canvas our clients for their thoughts on our service and the value that we bring to their businesses, via our customer service survey. We’re not the type of company to stand still and this feedback enables us to improve our service and be the best agency we can be. This year the response has been fantastic and we would like to thank everyone who took the time to take part.

“From start to finish the team were excellent. They took on our initial brief and delivered a website that is a perfect representation of our brand. 6rs are full of innovation and creative ideas.”

All of the comments are taken on board, both positive and constructive. Although Elliott’s taste in shirts may be an impossible thing to improve! But seriously, we’re happy to take the rough with the smooth if it means that we can improve the way we do things and add more value to our clients’ businesses. We strive to make the creative process a pleasant one and the manner in which we deliver is as important to us as the quality of that final product.

We’re delighted that 99% of our clients said that would recommend us. We’ll continue to push for the full 100%, but this represents great faith in our team and the quality of the work we have been delivering over the past twelve months. It is also very rewarding to see the different ways in which our work has positively impacted our clients’ businesses. Ranging from increased brand awareness and sales, to improving customer experience at events and receiving industry recognition. Our aim is always to add value and we like to promote a culture of shared success with our clients.
