Pro Medical are a forward-thinking recruitment agency, specialising in the medical sector. They were looking to create a refreshed brand that could underpin all aspects of the business and bring a contemporary feel to their marketing. The brand needed to be vibrant and energetic, with a clear message that was aligned to the ethos of the company.
We chose to focus on the theme of connection. This is central to what Pro Medical does. It connects people with the right job and makes a connection with its clients. We wanted to visualise this with the coming together and overlapping of graphical elements. It adds interest to the logo and also gives a sense of transparency, which is key to building trust, another key selling point of the company. The butterfly is a symbol of aspiration and transformation and fitted perfectly with the way in which Pro Medical strives to help its candidates progress and transform their careers. The chosen colour palette is slick and modern, whilst retaining a professional outlook.
