NL Recruitment required a complete brand refresh; update of their company image and development of their online presence. This included the design of a new company logo, website and implementation of a strategic online marketing plan, as well as a range of promotional and communicative collateral.
They required a brand which reflected their intent to match candidates who shared the enthusiasm for contribution to charity and helping others with suitable job roles. All design had to showcase the values and modern, forward-thinking outlook of the business. As a charity-focused recruitment agency, growing the NL community was a key objective. Widening reach and improving brand recognition, particularly online, were fundamental to the success of the campaign. In line with this, social media management and online marketing plans were developed and rolled out, including the #Makeadifference campaign.
The website was built on the sixredsquares Jobotron system, offering a comprehensive and feature-rich solution for delivering a smooth recruitment experience to clients and candidates. Candidates are able to grasp an overview of their application history by archiving CVs and cover letters while dashboards and filters make candidate handling manageable for clients.
Photography and bespoke illustrations were supplied to support the development of all key marketing deliverables.
